AM: Start the day with one scoop of Raw Organic Kamut Blend, squeeze in a whole lemon (okay to add organic apple juice) in a shaker bottle with 8-10oz of water; shake well and drink within 15 minutes. *Do not eat until noon.
PM: Between 12 &1pm, take the Organic Pumpkin Seed Protein Super Meal in a shaker bottle add two scoops with 8 or more ounces of almond or coconut milk. Blend with some fresh or frozen fruit.
Throughout the afternoon (12-6pm) you will want to eat two large salads with an avocado. Okay to replace avocado with two eggs (hardboiled) or small amount of fish or chicken. *This is a gluten free low carb diet. *Do not eat after 6pm.
Bedtime: Take 500mgs of the Ashwagandha (extract) daily - start with one cap and increase to two with a glass of water. This adaptogenic root has been clinically prove to help your body deal with the hormonal response to stress by lowering cortisol levels, promoting sleep and reducing anxiety.
