AM (Waking): Start the day with a Wheatgrass Juice drink.
In a 12+ oz. container (shaker bottle): Add 1 scoop Raw Organic Kamut® Wheatgrass Blend, add 6-8 oz. spring water, add ½-1 oz. fresh-squeezed lemon juice (1 whole lemon), add 1-2 oz. organic apple juice. Shake vigorously, and drink entirely within 15 minutes. *Do not eat until noon.
Early PM (Lunch): Between 12pm & 1pm.
In a 12+ oz. container (shaker bottle): Add 2 scoops Pumpkin Seed Protein Powder, add 8+ oz. almond milk or coconut milk. Shake vigorously, and drink entirely within 15 minutes. Optionally, blend mixture with fresh or frozen fruit.
Mid-PM (Dinner): Throughout the afternoon (12pm-6pm), eat 2 large salads with avocado. You may opt to replace avocado with 2 eggs (hardboiled) or a small amount of fish or chicken. *This is a gluten-free low-carb diet. *Do not eat after 6pm.
Late PM (Bedtime): Take 500 mg of Ashwagandha Extract with 4 oz. water — start with 1 capsule for days 1-5, and increase to 2 capsules for days 6-10. This adaptogenic root has been clinically proven to help your body deal with its hormonal response to stress by lowering cortisol levels, reducing anxiety, and promoting sleep.
